Reservation Policy
All tours require a $250 to 500 deposit (depending on length of tour), with full payment due at least 30 to 60 days prior to the tour start date, unless other arrangements are made at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
If the trip is cancelled for any reason by vineyardriders.com or you decide to cancel prior to 90 days before the tour departure date, 100% of your payment(s) minus a 3% processing fee will be refunded or you may choose to apply the funds to another vineyardriders.com tour.
If you cancel less than 60 days but more than 30 days before the tour departure date, there will be a $250 + 3%cancellation fee, unless vineyardriders.com can re-sell your spot on the tour. If you cancel in less than 30 days before the tour departure date, there will be no refund.
