Overview

Welcome to Ducatitours ... A New Experience ... A New Way to Enjoy Your Motorcycling Away from Home
Ducatitours rides Ducati Superbikes - nothing else. Tours operate within the home of Ducati, Racing Red, great food and excellent wines. All aspects of tours, including hotels and restaurants, offer a level of luxury and quality in keeping with Ducati’s image. And a professional support team is always on hand to ensure you have a Ducati experience to remember.

The fleet is made up of the '749' Superbike, offering a perfect blend of performance, handling and character, the Multistrada that provides a depth of talent and ability way beyond your expectations and the Sport Classic 1000 with its retro chic looks and modern heart. All bikes are fully specified and highly maintained, late model Ducatis with tires/brakes/configuration suitable for the type of riding involved.

Ducatitours arranges to pick you up from the airport and transport you to the bikes. Your luggage is transported in the support vehicle during the entire trip. Most hotels have pools and some even have private beaches! Where applicable, ferry crossings, event tickets and museum entry fares are all included within the tour price. Most tours include a number of free group dinners and where not included, Ducatitours is always happy to make dinner reservations for you. They recommend being hungry on the last full day as ‘Farewell’ dinners are not for the faint hearted.

In the end... Ducatitours even gives you the t-shirt!

Touring with Ducatitours
All the touring holidays concentrate on riding and quality of roads. But that’s not all Ducatitours does! They hand select all hotels and restaurants so that you have some luxury and relaxation time at the end of each day. Working to these general rules, Ducatitours itineraries divide into three distinct classifications.

General Tours
A mix of great roads with some great sports bike riding, high quality lodgings, good food, plenty of relaxation and a dash of culture to give you a real taste of Italy. Routes consist of the best, most exiting motorcycling on roads in their areas, roads that are ideally suited to the fleet of Ducati motorbikes. Each tour is rated according to the level of riding generally involved on that particular tours but each day’s itinerary will be geared to specific requirements of the group.

Event Tours
These tours offer the same quality riding and luxury as general tours while also including entrance to ‘special events’, such as a round of the MotoGP world championship or access to a track day where you can ride a bike on the same tracks used by the MotoGP and World Superbike riders. On these tours all entry tickets are included in the price of the tour. Event tours generally include more riding with more miles/kilometers to cover. Whenever track access is included, Ducatitours equips bikes with track compound tires, higher specification brake pads etc. This year hosts the World Ducati Week, which is a ‘must go’ for anyone who likes to party within a sea of red motorbikes!

Beginners Weekends
These shorter trips are aimed at people who are experienced riders who have not previously ridden in a foreign country or in tour groups. The riding itself is more relaxed and numbers are limited (maximum four riders) in order to remove peer pressure and allow more personalized attention and one-to-one advice from highly experienced tour leaders.

Remember, although a guide is always ready to lead you out on daily reads, you are free to choose your own routes every day while on tours!
