Their Motorcycle Vacation Planning service offers the freedom of having someone plan your custom trip, layout the route, and find the best accommodations and restaurants. They provide turn by turn directions by paper map as well as in data form for your GPS.
The next level of service is Blue Ridge’s Motorcycle Concierge Service. This service offers the vacationer the opportunity to travel where and when they want while relying on Blue Ridge Motorcycle Adventures to make all of the daily arrangements. Call them from point A and tell them what you are looking for and Blue Ridge will set it up by the time you reach point B.
If you have ever been on vacation and felt the let down of a breakdown or a minor mechanical problem then you understand the security Blue Ridge Motorcycle Adventures’ Support Vehicle Service has to offer. Reservation Policy
A deposit of 50% per person is required to secure your reservation. The balance is due no later than 30 days prior to the date of departure. Deposit amount may vary based upon length of vacation chosen.
Cancellation Policy
If Blue Ridge Motorcycle Adventures receives notice of cancellation in writing at least 90 days prior to the date of departure, all monies submitted will be returned, less a $25 administrative fee. With written cancellation received between 89 and 45 days of the adventure start date, 50% refund of the monies submitted will be refunded less a $25 administration fee. There is no refund if written cancellation is received within 30 days of adventure start date. If Blue Ridge Motorcycle Adventures cancels a vacation, all monies will be refunded.
